1. Introduction & Agreement Scope
Welcome to The QPIP. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our trading platform, client portal, mobile applications, and online support channels. By registering a trading account or accessing our tools, you agree to comply fully with these provisions.
2. Account Registration Eligibility
To register an account under any spec tier (Starter, PRO, Elite, or Prestige), you must be at least 18 years of age or satisfy localized age criteria in your jurisdiction. All details submitted (username, name, email, phone) must represent accurate operational profiles.
3. Financial Risk & Leverage Parameters
Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, cryptos, or stock CFDs carries a high level of volatility and risk of capital loss. Leverage configurations (up to 1:2000 on VIP tiers) can accelerate losses. Margin requirements must be maintained continuously to prevent liquidation protocols.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Processing Rules
Funding and payout requests are processed under localized clearing desk guidelines. Withdrawals must follow standard routing back to the original funding account to satisfy anti-money laundering frameworks. Processing times vary depending on the selected transaction gateway.
